Sarah Catherine Design first stretched its wings in Nashville, but was later rooted in Birmingham, Alabama, as Sarah wished to establish herself near family.
Since that time, the SCD Team has added new members and expanded its reach nationwide and, thus, the Sarah Catherine Design village has grown.

Sarah Catherine Design was founded in 2016, but the passion behind it sparked at a young age for owner and founder Sarah Moore. Consequently, she’s one of the few who claimed their college major as an incoming freshman and never looked back!

Sarah graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s in interior design in 2009. She began her career in Nashville, Tennessee, working for both commercial and residential interior design firms. Her true passion, however, was in residential design, and since taking that route, Sarah’s had the privilege of meeting and working with many talented artists, architects, builders, vendors, etc., all equally driven to make ‘home’ a haven.

Our team loves helping clients bring their residential interior design dreams to life. Knowing that our art transforms the background of your everyday life is deeply gratifying. We’re fueled by our desire to meet the needs of families and to thrill our clients with spaces that not only reflect their unique personality and taste, but that also combine beauty with comfort and functionality…
