Our Virtual Design Consultations are designed to be 1-hr sessions in which you can gain professional design advice, direction, and answers to any of your questions about your home.
Our aim is to give you the guidance and confidence that you need to tackle your home project and pull off your look like a pro.
Whether you are trying to put the "finishing touches" on a space, style bookshelves or want professional advice prior to starting a build or renovation, we have you covered!! We will do our best to provide thorough insight on specific measurements, details (such as paint color names) and/or give you marching orders in regard to sourcing items like furnishings, lighting, etc. on your own.
You will receive an overview email after your consultation from the designer with all of the relevant information covered during your call as a future reference tool to get you started putting the pieces of your home together at your own pace.
— These consults are done via FaceTime so that you can "walk" us through your home and the rooms you want to focus on. Zoom is also available, but we have found that Facetime is sometimes easiest.
— We recommend having a list of questions ready prior to the call and a tape measurer handy as well.
— Feel free to email us any pertinent floor plans, photos, or drawings 1-2 business days prior to your scheduled call so that we can easily reference those during our session. Please email these documents to hello@sweethomebyscd.com and include your name and scheduled call date/time in the subject line.
Note: All bookings are final - however we allow rescheduling up to 48hrs prior to your scheduled call. We do not provide drawings, floor plans, design presentations, furniture sourcing or ordering services from these calls. However, if you are interested in moving forward with the Sarah Catherine Design team then we would be happy to talk to you further about becoming a Full Service Design client!
